COVID-19 Safety Protocols

With legal clearance given by the City of Austin, the March 5-7 2021 will proceed in compliance with all city and CDC safety guidelines. The OMNI Downtown Austin Hotel is equipped to ensure that a six-foot distance is available within each meeting space. Rooms inside the hotel will be operating at a 50% capacity level. Events will be held in a 4,060 sq. ft. ballroom, and outside when available. 

  • All hotel and course protocols have been developed following the guidance of the WHO, CDC, & PHAC, AHLA & USTA, and local health and government authorities.

  • Temperature checks will be conducted each day of the course, along with each time you enter the hotel.

  • All hotel staff will be masked. Masks will be strictly enforced throughout the hotel and provided each time you enter.  Faculty will not be required to wear masks while presenting. Attendees in the general session can have an option for mask wear based on their comfort level and immunization status. 

  • Hand sanitizer and gloves on each exhibition table in the industry session. 

  • Clear paths for entry and exit from the meeting spaces. 

  • Social distancing will be enforced throughout the course.
