The venue asks that packages arrive no more than 5 business days prior to the event's start date. ​

Inbound Shipping:
Packages will be delivered to the exhibition room with an approved credit card on file. Please fill out the attached form and email it to:

If this form is not filled out, the package will not be delivered to the exhibit hall.
​

Outbound Shipping:
If you have a credit card on file and have filled out the above form, simply leave your packages at your booth after break-down. Packages must be sealed and pre-labeled.

FEDEX - Currently FEDEX does not provide these services to the area, unless the package is specifically marked for this service when it is shipped out:

Shipping Information
Exhibition Hall Sessions:
Attendees will rotate through the exhibition hall at two separate times on Saturday April 25, 2026.

Exhibit Session 1 - Sat AM (time to be announced)
Exhibit Session 2 - Sat PM (time to be announced)

Exhibition Hall Booth Set-Up:
Friday, April 24: time to be announced
Saturday, April 25: time to be announced
​
A standard power drop will be provided for your exhibition booth. Any additional AV needs will need to be ordered (see instructions below).

Exhibition Hall Booth Take Down:
Saturday, April 25 after Exhibit Session 2 - 8 PM
(ensure to arrange for outbound shipping prior)
There will be no exhibit hours Sunday.

All booths have a standard power drop. For any additional needs please place order at least 3 days before event.

The deadline to submit representative information for badging is Monday April 6, 2026.
