Shipping Information
Please address all inbound shipments as such:

Shipments can be delivered up to 2 days before Friday, April 27th.
All inbound shipments will be at your exhibition booth* on Friday.
Please leave all outbound shipments at the exhibition booth on Saturday evening with a pre-paid shipping label. They will be shipped out on Monday, April 29th by the Hotel.
Exhibition Hall Sessions:
Attendees will rotate through the exhibition hall at two separate times on Saturday,. April 27th, 2024
Didactic Session 1 - 9:35 - 10:55 AM
Didactic Session 2 - 3:20 - 4:45 PM
Exhibition Hall Booth Set-Up:
Friday, April 26th - 3 PM - 8 PM
Saturday, April 27th - 6 - 9 AM
Please have all booths ready for show by 9 AM on Saturday, April 27th.
Power will be provided for your exhibition booth.
Exhibition Hall Booth Take Down:
Saturday, April 27th - 4:45 - 8 PM
There will be in exhibition hours on Sunday, April 28th.
