Exhibit Hall Times

Exhibit Hall - National Ballroom A

Friday, April 24

 

Booth Setup: 6:00-10:00 PM

Exhibit hall open for booth setup only.

 

Notes:

The hall will open again for set-up on Saturday AM at time to be announced.

All shipments will be waiting in the exhibition hall (shipping form required)

Booth set-up must be complete by (time to be announced) on Saturday morning.

Saturday, May 16

 

Final Booth Setup: 6:00-8:30 AM

Booths must be ready by (time to be announced) on Saturday.

​

Exhibition Sessions

Session 1  - 

9:30 - 10:45 AM

 

Session 2

3:00 - 4:00 PM

 

Booths must be fully set-up and staffed during these times.​​

Attendees will only rotate through the hall during these sessions.

​

Booth Tear Down

4:00 - 8:00 PM 

Exhibit hall open for booth teardown only.

Outgoing shipments may be left at the exhibition booth to be mailed out on Monday (shipping form required)

​

There is no formal exhibition time on Friday or Sunday. â€‹â€‹

Shipping Instructions

Packages should arrive to the hotel no sooner than 5 days before the event.
 

All packages must be addressed with the following:

Inbound Shipping:

Packages will be delivered to the exhibition room with an approved credit card on file.

Please fill out the form below and email it to:

If this form is not filled out, the package will not be delivered to the exhibit hall.  

Outbound Shipping:

You may leave your packages at your booth after break-down.

 

Note:

  • There must be a credit card on file.

  • The Vendor Show form (above download) must be filled out and emailed.

  • Packages must be sealed and pre-labeled.

Restrictions:

FEDEX - Currently FEDEX does not provide these services to the area, unless the package is specifically marked for this service when it is shipped out:

  • No Saturday Delivery

  • No Priority Overnight

  • No First Overnight

Booth Supplies

All booths have a standard power drop. For any additional needs please place order at least 3 days before event.

The attendee list is shared via email with all registered representatives and company contacts. There will be a paper copy at your exhibition booth. 

Representative Information

The deadline to submit representative information for badging is Monday April 6, 2026.
